This review is late in coming and that is on me. My home looks fabulous, Mike and his crew did replacement windows, sided whole house and gave me 2 new porches. Looks like a whole new house. Does top notch work and great to work with. Very professional, and treated my house like his own, had a lot of great suggestions. Mike was on the job everyday and his guys were great, and you didn't even know they were there when they left, cleaned up great. Could not beat his prices for the quality of work. I highly recommend Mike to do any job you need on your home. Will definitely be using him again.

Mike was very responsive and helpful through the project. I had some siding damage due to a wind storm, Mike was able to come out that day and do a quick patch to prevent any further damage. Then a few weeks later, I hired them to do the whole siding project and it was wonderful. The crew was very friendly and finished the project quickly. I am very pleased with the work.

Mike came out prompty to look at the damaged siding. Came out a second time to show me color samples for the replacement siding. Told me when the siding would be received and came out today and did the work. He and his helper cleaned up after the work was done. They did an excellant job of fixing the siding. He had given me a very reasonable estimate. I have asked him for an estimate to replace the roof and will have him do the work. Very professionable and friendly. I will recommend him to friends and family for any work they might need done.

Mike was fantastic, very responsive. Came out, took a look at the soffit and gave us a quote. We hired him and once it stopped raining, he came out, fixed the problem, it looks fantastic, you can't even tell there was a repair made. Price was very reasonable and well worth the repair.

: My experience with Step It Up was a relief. I struggled with a waterproofing company to stop flooding into my living room for 4 months. Step It Up was prompt in evaluating and giving me an estimate for the work that needed to be done. They came when they said they were coming and they were on time. One day they got stuck in traffic and they called to let me know the reason they might not make it at the time they said they would be here. The work was quality work. They gave me step by step info. They did a great job with installing new fascia board and gutters, and also patched a rotted part of our roof. He threw in a lifetime warranty for the gutters, and got the job done less than a week after the quote. We plan on hiring again when we have our roof replaced.

I contacted three roofing companies and Step It Up was the only one that got on the roof to make a determination as to the problem. Within two days they took care of the initial problem to resolve the leak and will return after they are finished with another job to address other issues. Here when promised.

I had three separate exterior repair projects on my home that needed to be addressed. I was able to schedule Mike to come out and get an idea of the scope of work to be performed within a few days of making my initial call and he kept the appointment even though a t-storm was rolling in to Annapolis that evening. I received a proposal in just a few days and after making a few minor modifications, the work started about 10 days later and was completed as scheduled, on time and at the agreed price. During the job, Mike and his crew kept things clean around my yard and removed all debris each day. Mike provided me with a high quality job at a very fair price.
